Can a women be as strong as a leader?

Women can be as strong as leader because they are human to. If a male can be a leader well so can a women. Women would be a good leader because they understand more about peace and not to make war. Also women can make smarter decisions because they are smarter than men and more responsible. In the book Anna of  Byzantium Anna was supposed to be the leader but then her brother was born and he became the leader. Why is that? Anna is older, smarter, and well eductaed. So overall women would be good leaders as well as men. Yes men now more about war but MAKE PEACE NOT WAR.
